A technology partner, not a product company.
We do not sell a platform of our own, so our advice is about what is right for the client rather than what pads a margin. We are the team a business brings in to take the whole technology estate off its plate.
Founded in 2025 on one idea.
A business should be able to hand its whole technology estate to one accountable partner, rather than referee a crowd of specialist suppliers who each own a slice and point at each other when something breaks.
Synabix is an early-stage company of around 40 people, growing. We plan, build, secure, and run the systems companies depend on, across cloud, data, AI, security, and software, under one team and one bill.
Positioning
For organizations that depend on technology but do not want to manage a crowd of specialist vendors, Synabix is the one vendor-agnostic partner that plans, builds, secures, and runs the whole estate, so it costs less, runs more reliably, stays secure, and actually moves the business forward.
Lower cost, lower risk, one partner
How we work, and how we hire.
Agnostic by instinct
We have no platform to push, so we are free to recommend and build what is genuinely right. That honesty runs through how we hire and how we work.
Range over silos
You work across the lifecycle and more than one practice. People here see how the pieces fit, because we deliver them as one team.
One standard, no exceptions
Every engagement is held to the same bar, with the same security and governance. One accountable team, not a patchwork of vendors or a back office.
Calm, senior delivery
We value people who make hard work feel steady: clear communication, good judgment, and a bias for leaving things better than we found them.
Young, and moving fast.

The people accountable for the work.
Daniel co-founded Synabix on a simple idea: a business should be able to hand its whole technology estate to one accountable partner, rather than referee a crowd of specialist vendors. He sets direction and keeps the company pointed at what clients actually need.
Sofia leads the technical practice across cloud, data, AI, and software. She owns how Synabix designs and builds, holds the work to one standard on every engagement, and keeps the engineering honest and genuinely vendor-agnostic.
Jennifer runs services and delivery, the part of the company that turns a plan into something live and reliable. She owns delivery quality and the client relationship, and makes sure every engagement has a single, clear point of accountability.
One company, one team.
Omar leads the cloud and platform practice. He has run migrations, delivery pipelines, and day-two operations across AWS, Azure, and private platforms, and is happiest when a system gets cheaper and quieter at the same time.
Priya owns the data and AI practices. She insists on trusted data before clever models, and on AI that ships to production with measurement and a human in the loop, not science projects that never leave the demo.
Marcus leads security across every engagement. He builds controls that protect the business without blocking it, and treats audit readiness as a habit the team keeps, not a fire drill before the auditor arrives.
Hana leads software modernization. She is known for taking tangled legacy systems apart safely, one well-tested piece at a time, so a business gets faster to change without a risky big-bang rewrite.
Ayesha runs delivery, keeping engagements on plan and in close contact with clients. She is the reason a project feels calm even when the work underneath it is hard.
Tom leads the cost practice. He turns a cloud bill nobody can explain into a number the business can predict, and builds the cost habit that keeps savings from quietly drifting back.
